With respect to your privacy, no part of your personal information will be shared or sold with/to any other organization, corporation, or individual without prior written consent from you.
How we use your personal information:
We restrict access to your personal information to Board and Council members on a need to know basis.
Your child’s name will appear on our Honor Roll and Quilt Block Status web pages, and on their quilt block. We will never share a child’s information with any other organization, corporation or individual. Please be aware that if you choose to add your child to our Album of Hope or Angel Pages, a photo of your child and their name will be on the web site for all to see. If you do not wish to have your child’s name on our web pages, please contact us.
Your name, email address and/or postal addressed may be used by The Congenital Heart Defect Awareness Quilt Project, Inc. to send periodic mailings to inform you of upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please contact us. Please be sure to include your exact name and address. You may also contact us to update your information.
Non-personal information:
For each visitor to our web page, our web server automatically recognizes your Internet Service Provider address.
